He is not only dull himself; he is the cause of dullness in others.
  —  Samuel Johnson
[#IncompetentDonald is a dullard, a liar and corrupt.  I don’t know if all of his Administration is / are dull, but they certainly appear to be liars and corrupt, too.  “The Donald” appears to be the one bad apple who spoils the entire barrel.  That is only “appearance”.  Unfortunately, the Republican party has been on this slide since the days of Richard Nixon, accelerated by Ronald Reagan and then fully devolved by Newt Gingrich.  —  KMAB]

We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are.

Talking about bulls is not the same as facing them in the ring.
  —  Mexican Proverb
[As long as #45 is a liar and moral coward, no one should ever believe he even asked Mexico to pay for the wall, particularly since they already announced (before he was elected) that they would not.  If he publicly asked (or demanded) and they refused, #45 would have been publicly outed as the incompetent “deal-maker” he really is.  —  KMAB]

Life is for one generation; a good name is forever.
  —  Japanese Proverb
America will never be destroyed from the outside.  If we falter, and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.
  —  Abraham Lincoln
[A message to Donald Trump – who conspired with the Russians to defraud the American public and win the Presidency in the 2016 election:  A life of wealth and privilege which was granted to you by your father will soon be sacrificed on the altar of your ego, incompetence and criminal hubris.  You will be driven from office either by election or by impeachment.  And you will have to live with THAT and the judgement of history.

The person who says he knows what he thinks but cannot express it usually does not know what he thinks.
  —   Mortimer Alder
[“W” may have mispronounced words, but at least his sentences more or less made sense.  #45 (#TheIdiotPresident) makes up words, mispronounces words and, even when he uses the corrects word(s), the sentences and paragraph don’t make sense.  And, he is not deflecting or distracting or lying (like Kellyanne Conway); he is just stringing random words together in phrases which almost (but not quite) make sense.  They make even less sense when you try to read them (the words) from print (transcript) format.  —  KMAB]

Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain, and most fools do.
