I walked Shiva up to the pool and then home.  Warmer than yesterday and with a mild cooling wind, but still a sunny morning.   It started gray, but brightened just before I went out for the walk.  My HR was in the 140’s for most of the walk and was in the 150’s for a good chunk.  It even it 163 bpm at one point, but the FB didn’t record this.  I saw while looking at the FB.  It is a shame the FB isn’t more of a full time tracker instead of a part-time recorder.

Deep sleep:  1hr 27m of deep sleep;  3 times:  1hr 18m, 5m and 5m.  57m of total awake time;  22 times.  8hrs 30min of total sleep between 11:36pm and 9:03am.  I woke up during the night to use the toilet and again with palpitations.  My hands and face were swollen both times I woke up.  My HR was in the mid-40’s to low 50’s while I was asleep.  Maybe that is what’s going on with the water retention.  Anyway, it seems I’ve lost about half the water weight.

Deep sleep:  59m of total deep sleep;  4 times:  7m, 38m, 6m and 10mins.  50m of total awake time;  15 times.  5hrs 55mins of total sleep between 1:48am and 8:33am.  I turned the light off around midnight.  FB missed almost 2hrs.  I am very tired today.  It feels like I got very little sleep.  Lots of dreams and palpitations woke me during the night.  Again, I woke up with bloated face, wrists and hands.  The bloat went away after about 15min of getting up.  I got palpitations almost as soon as I started the dog walk.  Pulse was elevated to 140-ish for almost the entire walk.
