§§ I bumped the scale and it is showing a 10lbs increase from yesterday. I do not feel bloated, so this is not water weight. I did NOT overeat yesterday, even though it was an “eat-all-you-want” day. The total does include the “30lbs” mentioned from the prior day (and will continue to from now on). | ||||||
§§§ I am adding 26lbs to my daily weight to account for the Dr. offices scales (and will continue to from now on). I went to both my GP and to my cardiologist and got the same weight. My home scale says 330lbs. | ||||||

§§§§§ I am adding 21lbs to my daily weight to account for the Dr. offices scales. I went to my cardiologist (on Tues) and the scale says 361lbs. I spent some time trying to get my home scale to match, but was not able to. The closest “consistent” reading I could get (366lbs) was in sneakers, shorts and t-shirt with feet centered under the scale and leaning forward on my toes as far as possible without losing my balance. I will do this as much as possible to try to get a standard reading methodology. It should be reliable as long as I don’t move or severely bump the scale. The weight standing my normal way, was consistent (the same) with yesterday’s (345lbs). | ||||||
§§§§§§ I am adding 7lbs to my daily weight to account for the John Muir Hospital scales differing from my home scale. I went to the hospital for a Electro-Cardioversion (my 2nd time). Their scale (digital 353lbs); my home scale (analog 346lbs). | ||||||

I am leaning forward on toes, not balancing and pressing on toes. New plan, walk: 1hr 15min / day and 20-30min workout; 165fl.oz of water; max 2,500 calories “most” days”. | ||||||
** I am no longer going to track (record) shoes, clothes or foot placement. It will be the same from now on… Feet centered, knees bent, with or without shoes, and me leaning over my toes to maximize weight on my home scale. | ||||||
