Hil and I walked Shiva around the block. Sunny and warm. Morning weight: 368lbs. My weight is down 4lbs yesterday, so that is down 9lbs from the start of Oct (377lbs). 368lbs is the new “start of month weight”. Blood thinner with OJ(5ozs) after the dog walk. Oats and fruit (from Fuhrman book) and two toast for breakfast at 10:50am. Salad and a bagel for lunch at 4:30pm. Not sure about dinner yet. 5ozs of milk in the afternoon. I will have 5ozs of water with my evening pills. Waist at belly-button: 55 inches. Today is day fifty-six(56) of ITF (10:30am to 6:30pm). |

100 inclined pushups 130lbs(est) (.35 * 370lbs). Day 21 of 30-day challenge. I completed the 100 pushups in five sets of 20 – full (2×20) and half (10) narrow and full (2×20) and half (10) wide grip. Twenty at a time is relatively easy now. This is the “pushing” portion / set of the daily regime. I plan to add a pulling, squatting, stretching and crunching sets over time. I will be targeting a total daily time of 1 hour. | ||||||
