I had an apple a banana and a cheese quesadilla in the afternoon (about 3-3:30pm). I’m not sure about dinner yet. When I went to weigh myself, I bumped the scale. After that, it showed me having gained 10lbs from yesterday. I don’t feel any bloating, so it’s not water-weight. Even though yesterday was an “all-you-can-eat” day, I didn’t, so that’s not it either. The bottom line is yesterday I began adding 30lbs to the scale to bring me up to “match” the scales at the Urgent Care and at my cardiologist office. My weight was the same as the prior day (310lbs), so the addition made my weight 340lbs. With the “move” today, I now have an additional 10lbs, which brings me up to 350lbs. The main thing is not the scale but the “true” weight (whatever that is). I tried on some 48in waist jeans and they fit “easily” but not comfortably around the waist. I also noticed I can wear my Fitbit on the 5th notch (scrunchy), the 4th notch (tightly), the 3rd notch (secure, but not tight), the 2nd notch (comfortably) – as in I can fit a finger under the strap, and the 1 notch (floppily). When I got the FitBit for X-mas of 2018, it fit on my left wrist ONLY on the very 1st notch and there somewhere between secure and comfortable. So I am making physical progress, practically without any out of the ordinary exercise (just walking the dog for 30 minutes). Deep sleep: Two sleep blocks.
