I’ve been trying to fold in two bottles of plain tap water or tap water with an ounce of lemon concentrate. The lemon is to help with my kidney stones pain. I did 100 inclined pushups (5 sets X20 reps) during the early afternoon and 100 head lifts in the early evening. I am feeling stronger on the pushups already. I could push through to 4 sets of 25 reps, but I want to keep going with this program for a week straight before I evaluate. I have to decide if I want to continue with more reps and fewer set on an incline, or switch to the floor and stay with 5 sets of 20 (or 10 sets of 10 reps).
