I had some burning urine, but nothing to show for it until about 1pm. I passed six(6!!) grains. Three were small and three were very small. I have felt good most of the day. I took a pulse lowering pill and an extra aspirin before going to bed (just in case).

Kidney and liver function very good. Thyroid – normal. Good cholesterol – normal to good range. Bad – still a little high, but overall good because of the improvement in the good cholesterol. She asked what’s different. I said weight lifting at the gym. She said weight is up a bit. Asked why. I said back on “normal” (shite) diet. She said, well go back to whatever I was doing before. She referred me to an ENT for my ear / vertigo. I then got an apmt for a hearing test and to see the ENT. (The ENT is in the same building as my GP.) Anyway, my ear feels slightly better this morning and I’m less dizzy (but I did have AFib – IRR HB – on my first BP check this morning).
