I started taking my water pills again (10:30am). It gave me a bad headache in my temples and made me a bit dizzy / confused / tired. Today was more of an OMAD than an ITF day. I had one big meal of fried beef and vegetables about 2pm. ITF day: ITF Day 395 / OMAD 128, down 12lbs from yesterday (on home scale) / -13lbs Total loss. I’m still not sure why the scale suddenly jumped almost 20lbs, but it may be related to AFib. Last night, I was planning to go to bed early. I dropped into AFib about 9:30pm and stayed in until almost 10:30pm. I was then clear until after 11pm when I finished getting ready for bed. Even though I was no longer in AFib, my forearms to fingers and shins to toes felt bloated and swollen. I was up 5 or 6 times during the night for the toilet and when I weighed in, I was down 12lbs from yesterday. So, either the AFib was causing the water retention or the retention was causing the AFib. I may never know. No AFib showing up on the wrist cuff today, but again, very tired and a bit of a weight on my chest. Deep sleep: 34mins of total deep sleep; 3 times: 5m, 24m and 5mins. 1hr 18mins of total awake time; 19 times. 6hrs 52mins of total sleep between 12:29am and 8:39am. I turned the light off just after midnight, so the FB missed 30min of sleep. Having said that, I was up at least 6 times using the toilet.
