Deep sleep:  Insufficient sleep for the FB to breakdown my heart rates by type.  The FB says I was “asleep” for 2hrs and 6mins between 2:28am and 5:15am.  I turned the lights off just after midnight, woke up twice during the night with palpitations.  I stayed awake after the 5am occurrence.  I walked the dog at 7am and felt “light-headed”.  The FB said my pulse was 155 and several times over 140.  When I drove Sarah to BART, my pulse was over 110.  I took one of my heart rate regulating pills to hopefully steady my heart rate.

19 08 06 Home 30 Min. 1.0 Mi. I walked Shiva up to the pool and then home.  Sky was about 2/3rds cloudy with medium to high-level clouds.  Cool with a slight breeze.  I bathed Shiva today and gave her the flea meds.

19 08 04 Home 30 Min. 1.0 Mi. I walked Shiva up to the pool and then home.   Few clouds, and they were very high and spotty with a almost no wind.  The whole of the walk was uncomfortably warm (hot) for me.  We got out late (after 10am) because I slept in until after 9am.

Deep sleep: Another bad night / following day of sleep. 3 times:
1)  1hr 16mins from 12:58am to 2:56am;  I did turn off the light between 12:30am and 1am, so I guess this is accurate.  No breakdown of time types as the period is too small.
2)  41mins of total deep sleep;  2 times:  32min and 8mins.  32m of total awake time;  15 times.  3 hrs 12mins between 5:51am and 9:35am.  I do remember feeling like I was awake for most of the time between 3am and 5am.
3)  I fell asleep in the chair watching TV during the afternoon.  5m of total deep sleep; 1 time.  41mins of total awake time;  7 times.  2hrs 28mins asleep in rocker / recliner.
