I am no longer tracking (recording) shoes, clothes or foot placement. It will be the same from now on… Feet centered, knees bent, with or without shoes, and me leaning over my toes to maximize weight on my home scale. 377lbs was my weight on the start of my Dec(28th) 2020 juice-blend fast. 366lbs was my weight on 31st Dec 2020. 362lbs was my weight on the morning of 1 Jan 2021. That is my “new” starting weight for this year (2021). | ||||||
i have ALWAYS lost weight by eating protein and greens – nothing white ever. Oatmeal in the morning with coffee… and nothing after 8 pm. i know it’s difficult but you can do it. be well, tony

Thanks for leaving a comment! In my youth, I always lost weight by exercising. As I’ve aged, I’ve been able to lose weight almost only by fasting (mostly veggie / blend juicing). Exercise only makes me lose size, but not weight. The down side is: exercise makes me want to eat more. Now that I’m “older” (post-60yrs), I’m finding exercise much more of a problem (knees, ankles, shoulder and back – basically joints). So, exercise has to be less strenuous and less impactful. Walking, swimming and body-weight calisthenics. Lately, I’ve had a lot of knee issues, so even walking has been a problem. Still, we do what we can and try for consistency!
Before I forget… Keep up the good work on your own site! We will soon be rid of the “orange-plague”. Hopefully, he’ll be in a prison somewhere this time next year (Jan 2022). We’ll see…
