judging by this you are SERIOUS about losing weight. so…along with your exercise regimen you might try checking out a low carb diet. i routinely lose 10 lbs in 2 to 3 weeks whenever i get too heavy for my own liking. 60 grams or less of carbs a day will lose you a close to a pound a day. here’s a link to start you out. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb
