Right knee hurting pretty badly. I limped most of the walk. I later when to hardware store and did something (walking back to the car) where my right knee just kind of blew out and started hurting. I had to tip-toe / limp back to the car. It seemed the same as I entered the house, when it suddenly “popped” and collapsed on me. Fortunately, I was in the doorway and was able to catch and support myself. The pain is throbbing with little / no ability to support the leg, let alone me. I’m on crutches… Morning weight: 354lbs. However, I’m starting a “new” lifestyle plan based on an article I read yesterday which says I can lose (and keep off) 100+ lbs by next October if I follow the plan. I will give it a try and see how it goes. In the mean time, I’m changing how I weigh myself in the morning. I will still record clothing and shoes, but I will now lean forward over my toes to get the maximum weight on the scale. My previous method was to stand as balanced as possible and press with my toes – and then record whatever came up.
