Still, I am trying to learn from all of this and one of the most important lessons is not to beat yourself up. Just get on with it. The sky was mostly cloudy, but it did not rain or really even spit. Just the tiniest bit of spit at the very end of the walk. The forecast was rain all day, so it was a pleasant surprise (although I do like the rain). Hil flies to Liverpool today. 😦

My low is 2lbs down from yesterday up 3lbs up from my low four days ago. No swelling in hands or feet on waking up, OR during the dog walk. This morning is the first time in ages I distinctly remember waking up with no kidney / groin pain. (Yipee!!) Deep sleep: 31min total deep sleep; 1 time. 1st sleep session: 1hr 12min between 11:59pm and 1:35am, with 24min awake time in the middle. 2nd sleep session: 3hrs 59mins between 3:05am and 7:29am. 18 times awake for 25min total awake time. All awake time during the second session. Total sleep time: 5hrs 11min between 11:59pm and 7:29am. 49mins of total awake time during both sessions. I got up feeling okay, but felt more sleepy / tired as the morning wore on. 12.54 miles difference on Fitbit. |

The sky was very dark. It was raining overnight, so everywhere is soaked, but it was only occasionally spitting while we walked.
Morning weight: 358lbs. My High: 358lbs; my low: 348lbs. The high is the same as yesterday and 3lbs down from four days ago (26 Feb). My low is the same as yesterday up 1lb from my low four days ago. No swelling in hands or feet on waking up, OR during the dog walk. Again, except for my kidney stone / groin pain, I’m feeling very good. The groin pain is a lot less than it has been the few days – so there is some improvement there, too. Deep sleep: 1hr of total deep sleep; 3 times: 5m, 8m and 47min. 5hrs 50min of total sleep between 12:13am and 6:44am. 41min of total awake time; awake 11 times. I got up once for the toilet then went back to bed for more sleep. 12.77 miles difference on Fitbit. |

Deep sleep: 10min of total deep sleep; one time. FB recorded 2 times asleep: 1hr 6mins between 11:54pm and 1:01am; and, 3hrs 1min between 2:18am and 5:30am. I actually went to bed at 11:54pm, but was up at least 5 times to use the bathroom. FB shows I was awake 11mins and 8 times during the second sleep period. My “actual” total sleep time was between 11:54pm and 7:45am – almost 8hrs. 10.42 miles difference on Fitbit. I recorded my first 200,000 step week!!! |
