The maximum amount was 366lbs. I could get lower by leaning back off my toes to my heels. On my heels, I am 340lbs. Standing more “normally”, I am 345lbs. In the interest of staying consistent, I will now weigh-in leaning forward. Then, next time I go to the Dr. Ofc, I should be less than my home weight. My “life-style” is back to being more of a “intermittent time fast” than the “one-meal-a-day” fast I started out with. What’s worse, I’ve still not started working out, again.
