I had to take another Meclizine pill for the vertigo, but I took a nap, too, and I felt much better after eating my meal. I “cheated” today and had an early bacon buttie about 10:30am as well as my “lunch” meal, so it was closer to the snack and OMAD than my normal “only” OMAD.
