I Think Impeachment Is Another Test #45 Has Already Failed

Frankly the political antics on both sides of the Atlantic and the men who stand centre stage in the performance are filling me with despair
Hi Peter,
I can see your position, but at least your PM isn’t a complete con-artist and crook as well as an idiot. I don’t agree with much of Conservative Party policies or Boris (in particular), but I don’t get the feeling he is a blubbering idiot like #IncompetentDonald. Boris did come up through the ranks and though he may have gained the last rung of the ladder by the chance of history, at least he demonstrated some competency in getting to cabinet level. #IdiotDonald on the other hand inherited his starting fortune and then cheated on his taxes and in his businesses to maintain the illusion of wealth after daddy died (and he was forced to earn his own money). In a strange way, it was also the chance of history which created the oligarchs (from the collapsed Soviet Union) who “needed” a corrupt businessman like Trump to launder their monies through. No doubt they could have found others. I’m just saying by chance, he was the “right” con-man in the right place to be taken advantage of by them.
As for Brexit: the Conservatives need to bite the bullet and throw it back up for another election. Both the exit and a series of options / plans to get out. The general populace will not like any of the plans and will then vote overwhelmingly to stay in the EU. (IMHO) And all of this brou-ha-ha will have been for nothing (if you think demonstrating Conservatives really can’t run a government “nothing”).
Kevin
yes, he gets an ‘f.’
Hi Beth,
He rates an “f”, but for now, the Democrats are only giving him an “incomplete”. I have a feeling the Senate will simply count it as “missed assignment” (their own), when it should be “expulsion” (for his criminal acts).
