Loyalty to a petrified opinion never yet broke a chain or freed a human soul.
   — Mark Twain
[It is so hard to maintain respect for an Office when the occupant is so clearly unfit for it.  And yet, by our system, he was duly elected…  With the “help” of Crosscheck, that is… (sarcasm intended).  Oh, well, at least the crazies can’t say I’m blaming the Russians for Trump – clearly, it was the Republicans seeking to ruin America, after all.  LOL  —  KMAB]

And the records just keep on getting set this week:
1) First President to ever have the Stock Market fall 1,000+ points in one day during his administration  —  Donald Trump
2) First President to ever have the Stock Market fall 1,000+ points in one day TWICE during his administration  —  Donald Trump
3) First President to ever have the Stock Market fall 1,000+ points in one day TWICE in one week during his administration  —  Donald Trump
4) First President to ever have the Stock Market fall 1,000+ points TWICE during his first term  —  Donald Trump
As I said in a prior post, most market gains are not directly attributable to any specific action by a President, neither are most market losses.  But, when you take “personal” credit for the gains “since getting elected”, I think you should also accept the blame when there is a market loss – “correction” or otherwise – during your administration.  Oh, but not “TeflonDon”…  After all, the economy is still fundamentally sound.  Or, so we’re being told.
And, yes, Mr. President we’re tired of winning!  Please, make it stop!!

Well, well, well…  During President Trump’s administration, the stock market set a new record today: it lost 1,175 points in single day of trading!  Congratulations, Mr. President!!  You have now presided over the biggest single day loss of wealth in American history.
Actually, nobody seriously believes #DumbDonald is any more responsible for today’s loss any more than anyone (but him) seriously believes he was responsible for the past twelve months of gain.  As he has yet to pass a budget, it’s hard to think otherwise.  His tax cut was factored into the market within a week of his election and the rest has been a natural progression from the Obama Administration’s policies.  He took full credit for the gain.  Now let’s see who he tries to blame for the loss.  I bet it’ll be those traitorous Democrats who wouldn’t stand up during his recent State of the Union speech.  It’s the Deep State I tell you!  It’s the Deep State just trying to make him look bad.  (As if he needs any help with that…)   —  KMAB

The most difficult jobs look easy until you try to do them.
     —  William Feather
[So much for “Repeal & Replace“.  Too easy…  Now, can someone please explain to me why a significant tax reduction for the wealthy and a minor reduction for the middle class is labeled “Tax Reform” by the Republicans and #DumbDonald.  Could it be because they believe the middle class is as dumb as the President has shown himself to be incompetent?  —  KMAB]
