It takes courage to love, but pain through love is the purifying fire which those who love generously know. We all know people who are so much afraid of pain that they shut themselves up like clams in a shell and, giving out nothing, receive nothing and therefore shrink until life is a mere living death. | |

To My Brother
February 2, 2016 by kmabarrett
Hi Jen,
Thanks for the visit and the comment. My brother lost his son, two years ago. The loss and the pain are still very real…
I’ve had to put my own “strict” juicing on hold for a bit. My kidney stones have been flaring up and I can’t deal with much else when that’s going on.
Keep up the inspiration! The 30 day photos were great!
Kevin
I’m obsessed with juicing so that’s all I usually read but this is so moving…thank you for the thoughtful post
