What I would really like said about me is that I dared to love.
By love I mean that condition in the human spirit so profound, it encourages us to develop courage and build bridges, and then to trust those bridges and cross the bridges in attempts to reach other human beings.

Dared To Love
September 18, 2014 by kmabarrett
Of course, yes! we trust these bridges, maybe that’s the problem?!
Salaam Alecome, Ahmed,
There is no profit without risk. There is no risk without the possibility of failure and loss. We must trust (others and love) to profit from love or it will certainly fail (or at the very least not achieve its potential). It will always be a bitter sweet fruit because of the potential for loss (trust and love), but that does not make it any less desirable.
Wa Alecome Al Salaam.. it’s so kind of you to greet me with our traditional greeting. 🙂
I am a person who gets emotionally attached to the ones I love, that’s why I disagree with trusting others, especially as lovers, it’d cause me heartbreak and pain, usually. Nonetheless, I still need love and to feel loved but have no idea at all when it’s going to be true with someone who wouldn’t let me down, no matter what.
