Apart from how interesting he is to read of, the boogeyman is someone we all know. We’ve all been afraid. Whether of the real person who haunts you or the voice in the dark that murmurs you’re not good enough. | |

Voices In The Dark

Thanks, Kevin. Helpful to know exactly which part someone liked.
Oh, no! I “liked” the whole post. This excerpt / quote is because the three sentences were “art” to me. They touched a part of me I would love to have been able to express myself – if I had found the words first. I think we all have these little inner voices reminding us of our own fears – particularly of not being good enough, in some way, about some things.
This is not the “pearl of great price” for which I would discard (sell) the rest of the post. It was instead the sweetest part of the pie! They are why I post quotes. Because many others find the “shiny” words first and I like holding them up to the light to see the sparkle.
🙂
Oh, you didn’t have to explain all that. I didn’t think you liked only those strands =) (based on your overall feedback thus far.) Thanks again for your precious time, K.
