Feeling Old?

You are as young as your faith,
As old as your doubt;
As young as your self-confidence,
As old as your fear,

[I first read this sentence back in the ’70s and wrote it in my journal.  When researching it to find out a little more about the author, I found the rest of it.  It seems to be prose, not poetry, but in my mind, it will always ring poetic.
